Strawberry trifle - light dessert
Strawberry trifle is a light dessert common in England, the USA and Scotland. I think this dish is cooked all over the place, but it is called differently. The triple consists of 3 to 4 layers: fresh fruit or fruit jelly, biscuit cookies or biscuit, whipped cream. Usually a custard is prepared for the layer, but for an easy dessert they prefer to do without it, enough whipped cream.
Strawberry tripe is something magical! Do not deny yourself the pleasure when the first berries appear! Fragrant strawberries, delicate sponge cake, air cream, what could be tastier!
Strawberry trifle is prepared in a deep transparent salad bowl so that the layers are visible. There is also a special form - a deep transparent container on the leg with a high side.

Strawberry Trafl Ingredients
- 500 g of fresh strawberries;
- 300 g of 33% cream;
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
- 2 teaspoons cream thickener;
- 1 teaspoon butter;
- 1 tablespoon of sugar;
- 100 g biscuit cookies;
- cocoa powder;
- cognac (optional).
The method of cooking strawberries with strawberries
My berries, remove the stalks, cut into small cubes. Put butter in a pan, then chopped strawberries, heat until the butter has melted.
Pour sugar on the strawberries, shake the pan, as soon as the sugar has melted, remove from heat. With such a quick heat treatment, strawberries will not lose either bright color or aroma.
Immediately cool the berries, you can put the pan in a bowl of cold water.
Fat cream is poured into a tall glass of the mixer, pour the icing sugar and cream thickener there. The amount of powdered sugar can be increased if you like sweets.
Whip the cream with a thickener and powdered sugar until steady peaks.
In a deep transparent salad bowl or a special form for the treifle (the same salad bowl, only on the leg), we lay out half of the strawberries.
Cream is placed in a pastry bag with a nozzle, spread half the cream on the berries.
Next, crumble biscuit cookies onto whipped cream, sprinkle cookies with cognac, if this is a dessert for adults.
It’s better to choose soft cookies for triffle so that the crumbs easily absorb cognac or fruit juice.
Put the remaining berries on the biscuit cookie.
Next, make a layer of whipped cream. If to apply a nozzle "asterisk", then it is possible to lay out a beautiful layer.
We take cocoa powder, pour a teaspoon into a small strainer, gently powder cocoa cocoa.

A strawberry trifle is undesirable to store, it must be prepared immediately before serving. However, if you cook the berries longer, then completely cool, and add a couple more tablespoons of thickener to the cream so that they become very dense, then in this case, the glass can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
